Which Pizza Oven is Best?
This section gives you various options for different styles of pizza oven, such as Pellet vs Gas driven.
This was our first pizza oven, and a good starter option. Low maintenance and easy setup.
The Wood Pellet Pizza Oven… a Great Starter Option.
Once our first pellet Ooni aged a few years we upgraded to this bundle. If I had to redo, I’d start with this one.
The Gas Fired Option. Offers the Most Consistency.
This was my brother’s pizza oven. Works great, and has the name brand for “smokeless” burning.
Solo Stove Pizza Oven. A good Ooni Alternative.
I showed you the pellet option, and I showed you the gas option. The Koda 2 Max is the most expensive option, but is by far the best. Largest opening, includes a door, regulates heat better, and looks sleek.
The Top of the Line Option: Ooni Koda 2 Max
Pizza Oven Accessories
This section has everything you need for hosting an extravagant Pizza Party, minus the oven.
I like to offer my guests tons of toppings. Pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, bacon… you name it. This keeps them all organized.
Get a Pizza Topping Station. It saves on cleaning.

Get a Professional Pizza Peel
The hardest problem for most beginners is where to put the pizza oven. The internals get up to 700F+, so placing it on flammable surfaces can be sketchy.
Get a Pizza Oven Stand
If you make pizzas back to back, you may undercook your crust. This thing will tell you when the stone temp has rebounded, and is ready for the next pie. I did.
Digital Infrared Thermometer to measure the Fire Stone.
All about the Dough
These items are all that’s needed if you’re going to be making dough at home, vs buying from the store.
Mixing by hand is a real pain, and can take a long time. Get this mixer and get much better and faster results.
Get a professional Mixer. I use the Halo Pro Spiral Mixer
Don’t want to make the dough? Simply buy the dough premade, but from a quality vendor. Some pizza places won’t sell you their dough, but this one works very well.
If You Can’t Make Dough, Buy it Premade.
This proofing container keeps your dough from getting stiff and hard on the outside. Keeps the dough fresh.
Get a Proofing Container Specific for Pizza Dough.
Use this scale to measure and record the weight of your dough balls, as well as the flour rations when mixing.
