Disney Parks are notoriously hot. Here’s a few great ways that I use every trip to beat the heat and stay refreshed for your day at the park.
This is a must have, especially if you’re going to Disney World. The heat can be brutal. Just add water to the towel and wrap it around your neck for a quick cool down. I don’t leave home without one of these!

The heat and humidity at Disney parks is unlike anywhere else. Instead of paying extra for Gatorade in the parks, we buy a bottle of water and bring our own Gatorade mix. Saves us a bunch every trip!
