Let's start in Ashland and work our way north. Dobra is isn't 100% vegan but has plenty of options. A fun tea house where you can enjoy your meal with floor seating. What a novelty.

NW Raw Organic Juice Bar & Restaurant
Located in Ashland, Oregon. This Whole Foods cafe has tons of excellent vegan options on the menu

Another one in Ashland, that has great options for us vegans. Highly recommend this spot for anyone, as they're so accommodating!
Pangea
One last one in Ashland. Though Louie's isn't just for vegans, they have a great menu dedicated specifically to us! A very accommodating restaurant located right downtown.

Medford is a little city tucked away in a mostly rural part of Oregon. Here you have everything in one place. You can go shopping with your friends at the mall and hike table rock all in the same day.

Melange Eatery
Another vegan favorite in Medford. This all vegan juice bar also serves the best lunch! Might I recommend the nachos!

Medford finally got a vegan bar! This small business serves up your classic greasy bar food that we all know and love. But make it vegan.
Portal Brewing
The Point has several locations, I would actually recommend the original located in Central Point, Oregon. This pub serves up all the classic plus has an entire section of the menu dedicated to us vegans! The Mac n cheese is our fav!
The Point Pub & Grill
Another hit in Medford. Although not full vegan, it's way too easy to find options. Super accommodating for everyone's dietary needs.
Rogue Salad Co.
This Medford drive thru is a great spot to stop in for a quick smoothie bowl
NorthWest Pine Apple
Our slogan of "it's the climate" really says it all. A gorgeous little town with a walkable historic district and home of Dutch Bros.
Grants Pass
Now to grants pass, or. This is the towns only 100% vegan eatery. A great juice bar with a tight knit community. Worth the stop.

A food truck in grants pass the occasionally makes guest appearances for special events. AND it's 100% vegan

This cafe / health foods market is a great little whole in the wall spot for us vegans. They serve everything up fresh.
Sunshine Natural Foods
Located in grants pass, you can score some incredible vegan baked good here. I'd also highly recommend their sandwiches on house made bread.
