The main course is the star of the show! Most of the attention surrounds this course, while all other courses complement the main. Be it simple or complex we go for good, balanced flavors.
This is a delicious green curry dish. If you’ve never made anything like it, don’t let it scare you! It’s easy to master, and when you start making these dishes they get addictive!
Green Thai Chicken Coconut Curry
This is a beautiful coconut curry. It’s different from the green curry I’ve posted. You’ve got to try them both! You can interchange the proteins. I’ve used fish, shrimp and chicken.
Thai Chicken Coconut Curry
I make this frequently. I usually make it with chicken or beef, and add a bit of red pepper flakes at the end. I like adding extra peas and corn. It’s super easy, and really tasty!
Easy Better-Than-Takeout Shrimp Fried Rice
These are the best fish and chips if cooked at the right temperature. Use a thermometer or a deep fryer. Also, do NOT omit the beer! This fish is great in a taco. I use cod.
