Step 1: Get Cozy

2

I start my day waking up at 5am (based out of LA, I usually have early morning calls with clients on the East Coast starting as early as 6. My mornings can get chaotic quickly, and I'm truly not a morning person so I like to take my time just getting started (and that means sleeping in sometimes, this is by no means perfect!). I'm not a morning shower-er, so won't get into that until later.

Step 2: Hydrate and Caffeinate

6

5:15am-6:00am
After skincare, I take it reaaaally slow, hydrating (I drink 24oz of water with lemon and collagen to kick off my day) and follow that by sipping on something warm to wake me up. I've loved matcha for years, but sometimes switch it up with coffee.

Step 3: Breakfast

3

Because I wake up early, breakfast is typically on the smaller side (unless it's the weekend!) I like to switch it up too, since I get bored easily. I also don't have a lot of time in the mornings, so I prefer something quick.

Step 4: Skincare Routine

8

After taking the time to get ready (if there's time) I take a few minutes to do skincare. I try to prioritize it everyday as well, but if I'm strapped for time, the minimum I'll do is cleanse and moisturize, so to each their own!
