I love using Procare. There a ton of free features. I love that each child can have their own “section” I can send photos and notes individually per child. I also can keep important notifications about each child here. We are a church, so unlike day ... Right now as the main person with two volunteers and one classroom it's no big deal. But as the ministry grows I may have to look at other options. But other than the kiosk situation. Procare is my favorite.

Sometimes basic is indeed easiest. At humble beginnings, I would have created a basic table on Docs or Word. Column 1 would have the child's name. column two would be used for a parent to sign in, and column 3 would be used to sign the child out.
