Things I’d Bring to the Hospital
The only PP underwear I’d ever recommend. The boy short style makes sure you are all tucked in and your pads don’t move around. Also high waisted and won’t rub on a c-section scar.
Angled design makes cleaning easy and messy-free. I prefer this over the hospital and bring this to the hospital with me.
Upside Down Peri Bottle – Frida
Must have for pregnancy and postpartum swelling. Helps keep blood flowing and reduce pain. If you’ve had a C-section the swelling is crazy afterwards and I highly recommend wearing these in the hospital.
Iseasoo 4 Pairs Women's Compression Socks
I’ve tried lots of nursing and pumping bras and these are the best. Super soft, lightweight, no underwire for maximum comfort. I will be buying more!
Nursing Bras | Pumping & Breastfeeding Bras
Button down makes breastfeeding easy. Comfy and loose for recovery.
Ekouaer: NIGHTGOWNS
The perfect labor and recovery gown. Easy access for monitors and epidural during labor. Opens and the breast for skin-to-skin or breastfeeding in. The hospital and at home.
Laborwear - Lila Gowns
Things to Keep at Home
Perfect for c-section recovery, but also just birth recovery. Helps to keep muscles in place while you heal. Also helps to flatten belly as your uterus contracts. Depending on how big you were and if you had a c-section, it might be more comfortable ...
Postpartum Abdominal Support Binder – Frida
After a c-section laying flat can be extremely uncomfortable. This pillows helps keep you upright at different levels of angle to support recovery as you heal.
Bedluxe
Great underwear for a c-section. High waisted design prevents incision irritation.
Postpartum Underwear
Once your scar is healed enough and you’ve been given the okay from your doctor wear these to help heal and reduce the scar’s appearance. One patch can be worn for a week!
C-Section Silicone Scar Patches
Once bleeding slows down these pads are great and keep you dry for hours.
