Chip & Joanna’s namesake. It’s a fun place to get some good from the food trucks, coffee at Magnolia press, do a little shopping or hangout on the green or Katy Ballpark. Right in the center of downtown.
My favorite place to study! I’d grab a coffee and study for hours. On study breaks I’d browse the bookstore. Such great people that work there, fun unique drinks and a great little kids section!
