This is in my top 3 for favorite Christmas movies (technically this is a limited series). It’s very cutesy, low stakes, but as a first time watch it will keep you on your toes.
DASH & LILY
A once rich family, is learning the value of a dollar and each other. Sometimes a movie having a late 2010’s feel isn’t always a good thing, but that is something i enjoy about this movie.
Holiday Rush
Netflix was really in their Christmas movie bag these past 5 years. This is my favorite Netflix Christmas movie. Peter and Nick’s romance is the perfect slow burn. The family feels so wholesome. I finish this movie with my cup filled. No notes.
Single All the Way (2021)
This movie felt very early 2000’s romcom, with Nina’s character being a writer. I loved that they bring up how “Baby it’s cold outside” is a problematic song. The plot feels very nostalgic but with 2020’s filming.
Watch Love Hard
If we’re being honest i just remember this movie as i was making the list. It’s the same deal as the parent trap, or it takes two. But i remember enjoying it.
Christmas in the Heartland
Honestly if you add a cute kid into most movies it will make it cute. I mostly remember the bakers daughter more than anything else. The movies was enjoyable and there is a sequel so thats at least 3 hours on Christmas content for one day.
The Princess Switch
Cute movie with a creative concept. Very easy watch!

This was my favorite Christmas movies for a solid 5/10 years because its not easily available. I think this year it’s on peacock. It has a similar level of mischief to home alone but it isn’t as over consumed.

The Ron Clark Story
A group of private school kids are putting on a Christmas pageant basically. I have such a vivid memory of this coming on lifetime in 2014. I will say this movie evokes feeling, you do get invested in if Annette Funicello really is Felix’s cousin.
Wishin' and Hopin'
I think i have bought this movie. Two kids are trying to get their parents back together. However what makes this movie so special is that its just pretty to look at. And i enjoy watching movies where the kids feel a little more mature.
All I Want for Christmas Is You
This movie is going to be new for me this year. I know i have seen it before but it was a long long time ago. But Eloise has been trending the past year or so, so it made it to the list.

Tim Allen is back. To stay the Santa Clause he has to find a wife and Charlies is acting out and needs his dad. This movie is very underrated and for that reason it was my favorite Santa Clause movie for a while there.

I think after last year i finally got this movie out of my system. Jake is on a race home for Christmas to get his dream car. Everyone wants to help but time is barely on his side. Funny, and has a ton of twist and turns.

The Search for Santa Paws
Two dads compete against each other for basically king of Christmas in their little town. I think i like the juxtaposition of the two families against each other. It also is just funny and entertaining.
