A Pep talk but its a book
I honestly don't recommend this book. I think the wording is problematic, and harmful to women who a prone to problematic relationships. But i know a lot of people who swear by it.
The Four Agreements
Self love is a very complex concept. For me at least. It isn't as straightforward as i'd like but its a very empowering read.
I Love Me More: Find Happiness Through Self-Love
Very similar to the big leap but takes those concepts and centers them around making money.
You Are a Badass at Making Money
The first self help book i ever read at 17. It really is a pep talk in book form. I thought that was so cool at the time.
You Do You: A No F*cks Given Guide
Skill Building
Teaches about how to build habits. If your problems with why you do not do certain things is surface level, will work like a charm.
The Power of Habit
Can't convince myself to buy this book due to reading the power habit, and hearing so many people give tips from the book. But the idea of focusing on non sexy habits, and making your goals apart of your daily life are both tips from the book i use.
Atomic Habits
Helps you build healthy habits about how to not get side tracked 24/7.
Indistractable: Control Your Attention
This is one of those books that can be challenging to get through. But seriously good lessons on human behavior.
The Laws of Human Nature
Good for learning how to navigate the world as a woman with less resistance.
Concise Seduction
I think this book is really cute. It puts a spin on the things that i don't want to do in a way that makes it seem worth it.
How Luck Happens
How to stop self sabotaging
If you read 1 Joe Dispenza book you've read them all this is just the one i choose.
Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself
Talks about something called the “upper limit problem." Basically a guide on how to stop self sabotaging and how to let yourself have the things you want. I love this book to say the least.
The Big Leap
Not a favorite of mine, but if you aim to live in the present more. This will do that for you.
The Power of Now: Spiritual Enlightenment
Therapist tells the stories of clients within their time working with her. What i learned… Being a female being raised by their dad is not for the weak.
