I use these after face oil to cool down and de puff my skin. Use a good oil to help them glide across your skin or they will drag your skin. They feel so nice and cold . Great if you have sinus problems or a headache too.

I use this once or twice a week . It’s good for beginners as only contains 1% slow release retinol. Helps with fine lines and evens out skin tone. Wear an SPF during the day .
