This is a book on finances and how to build wealth. It gives rules to follow in order to set yourself up for success, but not in a “I’m your guru” type of way.

If you haven't read this book, do it now! This is my favorite work of fiction outside of Dostoevsky's books.
East of Eden (Penguin Classics) Paperback
This is a classic. It’s a long read, but it will not disappoint.
