Cleanse and prep
First step: cleanse underarms and other areas that generate sweat. This ensures clean base for next steps.
PIPIHUA 3Pack Kojic Acid Acne Soap Bars
Step 2: Apply thin layer and let sit for 5 minutes, for underarms and other creases other than intimate areas. (Can be used to cleanse the booty)
PanOxyl Antimicrobial Acne Creamy Wash 4%
Step 3: Cleanse whole body. Wait to cleanse areas where benzoyl peroxide wash is sitting until at least 5 minutes after application. (Specific wash will be used for intimate areas in next step)
Dove Body Wash in Body Wash(1000+)
Step 4: Cleanse intimate areas. Gentle cleanser.

Use with body wash for exfoliation and for best clean possible. I use this every other day so I don't over exfoliate but find what works best for you.
African Net Sponge Authentic
Use to cleanse armpits bi- weekly after shower, make sure armpits are dry before using, wait 30 minutes for deodorant application if needing to apply deodorant soon and clean before deodorant application with witch hazel toner.
Glycolic Acid Toner
Apply to pits after work/gym/after shower for additional antibacterial effect. Best effect when armpits are cleaned first but can be used anytime.

Deodorant prep and application
Step 1: cleanse underarms with toner so we are applying to a clean base morning and night. Dry after cleaning.
THAYERS Alcohol-Free Unscented Witch Hazel Toner
Step 2 for night: Apply after dry just before bed. Yes this is necessary and effective. Deodorant works by getting into the sweat glands so this application will vastly improve the control of sweat and odor.
Carpe
Step 2 for morning: Advanced Care Dove spray specifically. Spray to armpits after dry.

Step 3 for morning: Apply stick deodorant after spray is dry. I know it seems excessive but I work in a feild which is sometimes labor intensive and this gets me through a 10 hour day.

Take as directed on bottle, I personally don't eat enough greens and can say this has helped me greatly but does need to be used with other preventive measures.
