As a mom of 5 with multiple kids in multiple sports… easy dinners are a necessity. During spring and fall I am on the go more nights than I am home. On game days I typically pack an easy on the go meal to eat at the ballpark. Here are a few of my fav...
An oldie but a goodie!
Pigs in a blanket
Whatever your favorite veggies are- I typically stick with carrots, cucumbers, celery, sweet bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and snap peas.
Veggie tray
I don’t know why- but this is my favorite veggie dip and it’s so easy.
Sour cream + ranch packet= veggie dip!
Pro tip- precut your Hawaiian rolls. When assembling them, fold the ham in half and then half again top same with cheese slices. This way there is no cutting required. Basically ready to pull apart and go once done!
Ham and Cheese Sliders | Easy slider recipes, Ham and cheese, Superbowl party food
Easy peasy- put some taco meat into soft and/or hard shells and top with your cheese. I use Colby Jack. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. I bring squeeze sour cream and squeeze taco sauce along with shredded lettuce for toppings.
Baked tacos
My kids always love these. Our go to is ham, turkey, sliced Colby Jack, mayo and mustard. They always ask me to pack them again for lunch the next day!
Sub sandwich’s
My kids love these. They always have different ones out depending on the season. Again, quick to bake and easy to pack.
Pillsbury ready to bake cookies
I love how portable this tray is. Lock is secure and have never had an issue.
12-Inch Rotating Vegetable Serving Tray with Lid & Handle
Kid approved!
Pinwheels
Assemble before you go and wrap in foil. Bring along ketchup and mustard and you’re good to go!
Hotdogs
Assemble before hand and wrap in foil. So easy and who doesn’t like cheeseburgers?!
Cheeseburgers
My kids love these! Easy to make and easy to eat at the ball diamond.
Mini Pepperoni Calzones with Biscuit Dough
Don’t forget something for dipping!
Cheesy Taco Sticks
Takes more time because you have to fry the eggrolls, but kids go crazy over eggrolls. You can easily turn these into taco eggrolls by adding taco seasoning to your ground beef! We love those too!
