Protect those hands! We prefer the wrist wrap heavy bag gloves over the close hand ones. These fit securely and protect your wrists, hands, and knuckles. Do clean them every few uses, but they can hang on your bag, (affix the Velcro wrist strap around the bag's hanging strap) and air out between uses.

Booty Bands, people! If you, like me, do not have a full home gym with a bunch of specialty machines, then you figure out other ways to work lower body muscles like the glutes, hamstrings, and adductors (inner thigh). I really like the GymB bands because they don't slip! They are three different levels of stretch, are great quality, and have a nice grip on the inside so they don't slide down while you're doing your Booty Banding to your favorite gym motivation son... No getting pinched or band burn! These are awesome, and have lasted through a ton of use!
