Super chill restaurant with some SOLID vegan options. We found this place on our first time in Grants Pass while deciding if we wanted to move here, and have been back many times since. They have a huge “No Meat” vegan burrito, which can be made as a bowl or a torta as well, some bangin' vegan friendly appetizers, and vegan cheese for their pizza upon request. There are other options as well - just tell them you are vegan at the counter, and they can hook you up. There's indoor and outdoor seating, as well as bar seating. Definitely recommend!

Tons of vegan options at this chill, order-at-the-counter place in downtown Grants Pass. Pizzas, falafel, veggie burger, BANGIN FRIES, tacos and more! This food-hall-esq space has tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Here are their hours - don't miss out!!! Closed on Tuesdays. Mon, Wed, Thurs: 11am - 9pm, Friday: 11am - 10pm, Sat & Sun Brunch: 11am - 2pm, Sat Dinner: 2pm - 10pm, Sun Dinner: 2pm - 9pm.

The Point Pub and Grill has a section of their menu dedicated to the most mouthwatering vegan treats, such as vegan chicken quesadillas with pico and guac, vegan mac and cheese with veggies and garlic bread, an incredible vegan patty melt on marble r... The menu changes occasionally and every option is a MUST TRY!

SO many vegan options in this amazing café! We've tried the Table Rock wrap, Colossal Falafel Wrap, A+ BLT, the Rogue Cheesesteak, Grizzly Grilled Cheese, and more. For the options that are not specifically vegan, there are options to replace the meat and dairy with vegan options. Located next to the Medford Co-op (grocery store), you may see café employees traveling back and forth to retrieve fresh, locally grown produce from the store. Next to the register are fresh baked goods (muffins, cookies) that may be vegan, depending on the day. Definitely check this place out!

A favorite breakfast spot in Medford! The Wendy burrito is our go to, with curried tofu scrambled with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, chard and hash browns, + D’s cheese sauce (vegan) (SO GOOD!!!!) and they also have a Tempeh Steak sammy, the Rubenstein tempeh Ruben sandwich, a grilled veggie burrito, and more, after 11am! Just tell them you are vegan and they'll hook you up. Sit inside or outside on the deck!

Vegan friendly fajitas fans - here is your restaurant. HUGE serving of grilled vegetables, rice, beans, salsa, guac, and tortillas. We usually order ONE and split it because the portions are so big. SPECIFY that you are vegan to avoid having sour cream or cheese added to your platter. The chips, salsa and guac are amazing as well.

You've got your sports bar section with bar seating and high tables, or your family seating area with tables-a-plenty, along with a few outdoor tables at the entrance. The vegan options are light, but... Let them know that you are vegan - the staff is super friendly and happy to accommodate!

Honestly, we always go to Louie's, but are definitely planning to branch out. I'd love to hear your recommendations!
Our number one recommendation for Southern Oregon vegan food! Louie's has several menus to choose from, such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Gluten Free, Kid, Dog, and more. Each one offers plenty of tempting options. We LOVE being able to order for a meal without having to ask a bunch of questions to make sure our food is going to be vegan. You can eat inside or outside along the creek, and the servers are always friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, it's in beautiful Ashland's Lithia Park area. Zero downsides!
