I never took vitamins before until COVID-19 and then I started doing research on them to see what I should actually be taking.
I believe multiviatimins are important because most of them have vitamin A, B, C, D, and Iron in them you'lol just have to double check!
These pre-probiotics really help with gut issues and not bloating! Highly recommend!!
Magnesium is super important because it helps with reducing stress, better sleep, energy, and strong bones and muscle!
These are amazing!! I always drink one of these after my walks because they're so hydrating and the flavor isn't too overpowering!!
These B12 vitamins are really good when it comes to helping you body's blood and nerve cells healthy!
Collagen is super important!! It helps strengthen your skin, muscles, and tissue!!
These organic roar drinks are so good, they have so much flavor with not a lot of sugar that keeps me hydrated!!
Gym Clothes
I truly believe whether or not if you have been going to the gym or just new at the gym, the clothes/outfits you wear can make a difference in your mindset.
I love these Lululemon shorts! I have two pairs and they never fail me! They work perfectly no matter what exercise im doing at the gym!
I really enj it wearing the Lululemon Align Tanks at the gym because they are a tight-fit but not super tight. They stay on my body in place, doesn't matter what it is I'm doing!
These shorts are always nice to have for whatever your workout is! I like that I can easily move and stretch in these shorts!
I like these Under Armour shirts too, I find that these type of shorts have a looser fit so I like these for when I run, they also have some fun colors too!
Gymshark has some of the best leggings for the gym! They fit so well and flatter my body too. Gymshark has really good sales pretty often too!
I love these leggings for the gym! Especially the align leggings, they just fit so well and stay in place the whole time I'm at the gym. They're also high waisted which I really like about them!
The Chamption sweatshirts are some comfortable !! I'll buy these and cut them so they're a little cropped so wear them to the gym!!
I love the champion sports bras, they have different types/material and all the ones I've tried have fit so well!
Nike of course has great sports bras. They have so many different styles!! The ones I have have lasted me so long! I think their quality is 10/10
Amazon is great for their wide variety of styles. I love the long sports bras they have because I can wear them as tank tops. Some of the other ones I have from Amazon are a lighter material which I really like
I love Gymshark's clothes. I think they go well with basically anything and they're made with a really good quality too! Plus they're nice and simple!
A little pricier but I love the few things I have from them! Clothes are so buttery soft and feel breathable! The tank top, sports bra, and leggings I have don’t have that athletic material which I love!!
Workout Shoes
I firmly believe there's a difference between basic sneakers and sneakers that are meant for physical activities.
On Cloud shoes are super comfortable! And they have so many different colors and styles. It doesn't matter if I'm running outside or on the treadmill or even just walking, I've never had an issue with these shoes!
Brooks are really great shoes when it comes to working out! Super comfortable and they have fun colors to choose from as well!! Super lightweight too which I love!
These Nike gym shoes are a classic, you can never go wrong with Nike shoes!
