Cystic Acne Formula - Food Over Drugs
This is my favorite hypochlorus acid spray. It has additional skincare ingredients and does not have a strong bleach smell like other brands. The mist is extremely fine. I use this after the gym or after walks.

French green clay has been my favorite way to detox and get rid of any extra oil on my skin and calm down active breakouts. I mix some of the powder with either water or honey and let it sit for 15 minutes.

I love this as a post gym body wash. It’s gentle enough to use daily. It really helps clean the skin well and get rid of any dirt or oil. Mandelic acid is also great to clear breakouts and is more gentle on the skin barrier than salicylic acid.
