Cleanse in the morning or not. Always double cleanse at night. I wear eye patches every morning for 10-20 minutes. I exfoliant 2-3 times per week. Use a moisturizer and SPF in the AM. And a heavy moisturizer in PM. I also am prescribed Trentionon by my dermatologist which is amazing.
