9 years ago I was forced to change my lifestyle and eat vegan only. Was it what I wanted? No. Am I glad I did it? ABSOLUTELY. Not only am I in a better space mentally & physically, I am still able to enjoy amazing and flavorful dishes that keep me full and satisfied. These are some of my favorite vegan dishes in my hometown as well as places I have traveled to. I hope you enjoy!
