I prefer using a 15 % serum ,but you could start with a 10% if your skin is extra sensitive.
Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%
This can also treat rosacea by targeting the demodex mites and reducing them. You can also get it prescribed by a doctor if you want a higher dosage. Check for side effects , I had none !
