Homestead Recipes/Safe Ingredient Alternatives
Wanting to start a Homestead? I do too! I've found a couple things already that are making my life easier, including gardening items, recipes with natural ingredients and items that I purchase in bulk to always have on hand!
Laundry Detergent
Homemade Laundry Detergent (1 year supply) amounts listed with each image below! Use 1-2 tablespoons during wash. I left mine dry but I can also make this a liquid detergent by adding warm water and stirring until everything dissolves.
Add 2/3 of box
Add whole box
Add at least half the can, up to you with how much you'd like but I only added half.
Add one bar. Either grate down or chop fine.
Add 20 drops to mixture (you can use any scent)
