Multi purpose, good to have for a couple different workouts. These are considered a MUST have to me.
If you don’t want calluses then I recommend using these when weight lifting! Saved my hands for sure!

This is personally a life saver for hip thrusts but can also be used for other workouts as well! This has saved me from where my hip bone sticks out and the bar would hurt so bad!
