A list of the books I am hoping to read this autumn
I love reading du Maurier in the fall. This one sounds so thrilling and very Fantastic Mr. Ripley - ish.
The Scapegoat
I am so excited to be starting this quartet. The blurb of this one sounds so perfect!
Autumn
A reread for me! Fall just feels so magical and like the perfect time to revisit this one!
Peter Pan
I've loved Sarah Adams' Rome, Kentucky series, so I've decided to try another series by her! This seems perfect with football season underway!
The Cheat Sheet
My Recomendations
Cozy, magical, and thrilling books I recommend to you this autumn
So cozy, sweet, magical, and pure hearted. If you haven't read this duology yet, fall is the perfect time to start.
Divine Rivals
A girl makes a deal with a spirit to live forever - the catch is that no one will remember her once she is out of sight. This was a beautiful love story that is absolutely unforgettable.
The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue
If you love Practical Magic, get to know the story of the aunts coming of age. I loved this one so much more than Practical Magic and cannot wait to read more about the Owens'!
The Rules of Magic
One of my favorite du Maurier's! The villain in this one is so sinister! It is set on the Cornish coast and is so atmospheric too!
Jamaica Inn
A heartfelt story about a boy who has been raised in a graveyard and now must find belonging in the world.
The Graveyard Book
A cozy murder mystery that is set in the forrest with animals as your characters. This one is a series too!
Shady Hollow
A very cozy and sweet romance. For the male mc, picture a Mr. Rogers-ish character that looks like Chris Evans.
