The Chimichurri sauce from Day 2
Chimichurri Sauce - Love and Lemons
This recipes I made for breakfast for dinner was so good and with sourdough discard I’m crossing my fingers for the gut health benefits!
Sourdough Waffles (or Pancakes!) 🧇💛🥞 Throw it all in a bowl: • 2 cups flour • 1 cup sourdough discard • 1 tsp baking soda • 2 tsp baking powder • 2 tbsp sugar • 1 3/4 cup milk • 2 eggs • 2 tbsp avocado oil or melted butter • pinch of salt • dash of vanilla extract Mix it all up - lumps are encouraged! For waffles - use your waffle machine as per the instructions. For pancakes - just make sure to heat that griddle low and slow! Medium-low heat and be patient while it gets hot.
