Dr Tungs floss is elite, never shreds, and is thick enough to really grab all that bacteria and food debris. Should be a staple in your routine to help prevent cavities, gum disease, and bad breath!
Smart Floss
Waterpiks are great to help flush bacteria and food debris around your teeth. Use warm water, and slowly trace your gum line pausing between each tooth. You may need goggles the first few times, haha!
Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser
This rinse really helps me when I get the few random canker sores when i eat too many acidic snacks. I have patients use it for burns and other trauma related sores and they really like it!
Orajel Mouth Sores Antiseptic Rinse - 16 fl oz
electric TB's are GREAT tools, feels like you just got your teeth cleaned! I also appreciate that this one turns red if you're pressing too hard!
