1. Brush your teeth 3x a day morning, evening and before bed; 2. Shampoo first because then the foam and rinse will flow onto your body; 3. Next Creambath/Conditioner Rinse until clean!! Don't leave the residue on your back; 4. Use bath soap to clean your body and the rest of the Shampoo & Creambath rinse. So that your back doesn't get spotty; 5. Scrub your body 2x a week. After soaping, remove dead skin cells; 6. Washing your face is the last step so that the remaining residue from the previous step is clean and there are no traces.
