Boca Raton is filled with incredible restaurants. These are just a few of my must visits when I'm in the area.
Best mushroom taco I have ever had! Lively atmosphere and a HUGE bar with every type of Tequila known to man! It's a party. Includes outdoor dining.
Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar | Rocco's Tacos
Farmer's Table is a hotspot and I recommend you make reservations. The menu is quite large and the drinks are divine. The chef utilizes organic, sustainable ingredients.
This restaurant is actually in Coral Springs, a quick drive out of Boca but it's one of my favorites in the area. So, so good. Huge portions. Best vegetable tempura!
Red Ginger Asian Bistro
True Food Kitchen is located in the Town Center mall and includes outdoor dining. Great vegan dishes with a laid back atmosphere.

Zen Sushi + Robata Grill
Fantastic Mediterranean restaurant tucked away in a strip plaza.

An incredible center for Japanese Arts and Culture, which is rooted in South Florida. There are many nods to Japanese culture in Boca and this museum and garden is not to be missed.

Mizner Park is a luxury shopping and dining are in Boca Raton and is absolutely worth the visit. It's beautiful and fun - even though it's out of my budget!

Spanish River Park
The Gumbo Limbo Nature Center is free to enter and you can see turtles in rehab, walk through the coastal forest or scale Jacob's Outlook, a 40' tall tower. It's a wonderful afternoon spent.

I always enjoy learning the history of the area I'm traveling in and this museum, while small, it has interactive and immersive exhibits.
The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum
Once a wastewater utility property this man made wetlands are nestled on 50 acres and free to the public. With a boardwalk and benches along the walk you can leisurely stroll and see birds, alligators, turtles, and more.

This Marriott hotel has good food and a fabulous location. They are connected to a food court and shopping center which is incredibly convenient. You can walk outside to several restaurants, including Rocco's Tacos. (However, note this is not a top-tier Marriott property)
