It was good and i feel a little better *Chicken & Dumplings Recipe** **Ingredients:** - 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded - 2 tbsp butter - 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped - 3 celery stalks, chopped - 2 carrots, peeled and chopped - 2 cups chicken broth - 1 cup water - 1 can cream of chicken soup - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream - Seasoning of your choice (salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, etc.) - 1 can biscuits **Instructions:** 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. 2. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the pot, along with your preferred seasonings. Stir well to combine everything. 3. Pour in the chicken broth, water, and cream of chicken soup. Stir again to ensure the soup is well incorporated into the mixture. 4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low. Let the soup simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. 5. While the soup is simmering, prepare the dumplings. Take each biscuit and cut it into smaller pieces. These will be your dumplings. 6. After the soup has simmered, stir in the heavy whipping cream. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. 7. Gently drop the biscuit dumplings into the simmering soup. Spray you crockpot. Add the chicken and season to your liking. 2. Top with the cream of chicken, diced tomatoes, and garlic. Spread evenly. 3. Cook on high 4 hours 4.
