A soft but fairly stiff weight 4 acrylic yarn. I used the color Curry for my cat ear beanie tutorial.
Soft Classic Solid Yarn by Loops & Threads
Soft and thick (and VERY warm) weight 6 wool/acrylic blend. Works up very quickly with a chunky look. I used the color Charcoal for a beanie.
Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick Solid Yarn
Super soft weight 4 color shifting acrylic yarn. I used the color Autumn for a cat ear beanie and this is easily the prettiest yarn I've ever worked with. The colors almost appear slightly metallic and the color shift is fairly gradual.
Facets Yarn by Loops & Threads
Soft and drapey weight 3 rayon (from bamboo) yarn. I've used multiple colors of this yarn and it is a DREAM to crochet with.
Silky Soft Yarn by Loops & Threads
Soft but holds shape weight 4 cotton/acrylic blend yarn. I used the color Yacht Club and the color shift was pretty gradual. One of my all time faves!
Caron Blossom Cakes by Yarnspirations
Slightly coarse yet still soft weight 3 superwash merino wool/acrylic blend. I used the color Purple for a scarf and was a bit nervous it would be scratchy on my neck but it works up softer than expected and is very cozy and warm.
Luxe Merino Solid Yarn by Loops & Threads
Stiff and holds shape well weight 4 cotton yarn. I've used many colors of this yarn and it works up a bit on the heavier side. It's 100% cotton and would work great for cotton rounds, dish clothes, etc.
Classic Cotton Yarn by Loops & Threads
Fairly stiff and holds shape weight 4 acrylic yarn. I used the color Taupe Ombre for a beret hat and it holds the shape perfectly. The color shift is a bit sudden though.
Soft Classic Ombre Yarn by Loops & Threads
Stiff and holds shape well weight 4 acrylic yarn. I used the color Sweater Weather for some beanies and the color shift was fairly often and sudden.
Lion Brand Bundle of Love Yarn
Soft but slightly stiff weight 3 mercerized cotton yarn. I used the color Citadel in a beanie with another yarn (rayon made from bamboo) and together it gives a soft and drapey but still structured effect.
