I've yet to try all of these locations, but I trust Ravi Derossi and all of his concepts so I know I can recommend any of these spots without having been to all of them.

One of my favorite spots! Great atmosphere, great drinks. Oh and brunch here is probably the best I've ever had.
Ladybird
Went here for our wedding anniversary and OMG it was amazing. Such a cool experience with amazing and innovative sushi. We will be back!
Omakaseed
The most amazing sushi in existence! There are also other things on the menu. My husband loves the Bang Bang Broccoli :)
Planta Queen
One of my favs! And probably the best Mexican food in the city.
Bar Verde
As good as its sister restaurants Planta Queen and Planta in South Beach. I highly recommend the 1000 Layer Crispy Potatoes and the Bang Bang Broccoli.

Escaping NYC to the country, you can still find some fantastic vegan spots!
The food here is really unbelievable. Anytime we are remotely in the area (meaning even an hour away) we make a detour to this spot. I can't recommend it enough.
The Garden Cafe Woodstock—Fresh Vegan Food & Juice Bar
Many may not consider this “upstate," but for those of us who live in NYC, anything north of NYC is upstate. We stopped off here on our way to Buffalo, and I loved it so much, I bought a sweatshirt :D
Parlor City Vegan - Restaurant, Gourmet Cheese, Catering - Binghamton, NY
Almost as far upstate as you can get. Worth a trip whether you're in the area or not :)

On our way back from Buffalo we stopped here too! Just as good as the Buffalo location.

Kaya's Kitchen
Post-pandemic this is a strictly take-out spot, but I highly recommend everything on this menu. I'm not into spicy foods at all, but I will endure for the enchiladas. FYI: food prep time is about an hour so order before you're hungry ;)
Luna Verde Vegan Mexican Restaurant
Ok not fully vegan, but you can make all pizzas vegan and they're super good. You would think there would be more vegan options in Asbury, but there really aren't so this is our go-to when we want a nice night out at the shore.

Looks like fish, but its absolutely not. We love this spot in Downtown LA. Also very activism forward.

If you are in the LA area you must must must stop at Crossroads Kitchen. One of the best meals I've ever eaten! And that's saying A LOT!

We went here for New Year's Eve 2021 into 2022. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough as well as Planta and Planta Queen in NYC.

I've only ever passed through Alberqueque so I don't have many suggestions here, but you can't go wrong with Thai!
We were only passing through, but this place was great! You kind of can't go wrong with Thai!

We only stayed in Reno a couple nights for a film festival so we couldn't do too much exploring of vegan spots.
If you're passing through Reno like we were, House of Mexica is worth making a stop!
