This park has stunning views, a playground with sections for different ages, basketball court and trails. Gorgeous place!
Pete and Toshi Seeger Riverfront Park
A favorite in the Hudson Valley for good reason-- this park is tucked away and feels like a sanctuary but with tons of activities. The lake is serene.
Fahnestock State Park
Tucked away in a corner of Memorial Park, the pups have a chance to hang out with their pals in their own dedicated spot near the center of town.
Friends of Beacon Dog Park
We recently had private lessons at this horse farm in New Windsor and it was the best experience! Olly was a great teacher and was able to accomodate our varying levels of skill. The horses are so well loved there and we felt pretty well taken care of too!
Ivy Rock Farms
We go to this resort every spring and it is fabulous! Hour long horseback rides, fantastic food, an indoor and outdoor waterpark, pristine grounds, and tons of family friendly activities make RHR our fav family vacation!
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort
This is such a great themepark! We bought season passes and have enjoyed each stay more than the last. The lego cities near the bottom of the park is stunning and a must see! We have always had fun there with great rides, entertaining shows and a beautiful backdrop. Love!
LEGOLAND New York Resort
If you love hiking and gorgeous views, this is a great trail. Straight up the mountain, so make sure you have proper footwear and are able to hike a challenging course. There are switchbacks that go all the way up, after a steep set of stairs. The views are worth the challenge!
Mount Beacon Park - Scenic Hudson
This Farmer's Market has an incredible selection and some really friendly folks. Love it!
Cold Spring Farmers' Market
The Hudson Valley has some of the best rail trails period. And this one is no exception. This is a great, family friendly place to hike or bike. Gorgeous scenery.
WRS Dutchess Rail Trail - Hopewell Junction to Poughkeepsie
This is a scenic, historic Hudson Valley must see! We took professional family photos here two years ago and the scenery was breathtaking. Great place to explore.
Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site | Hyde Park, NY
Our favorite farm with lots of U-pick crops, a store, hot food, a jump pad and wagon rides and lots of activities for kids. A Hudson Valley Must!
Kelder's Farm
One of the most popular hiking spots! You won't be alone on the trail but the views are absolutely stunning!
Breakneck Ridge
This is an incredible place. Built in a place that really looks like the Scottish Highlands, you will not be dissapointed by this day trip. Loads of history and architecture. Oh, and you have to take a boat to get there.
Bannerman Castle
Another historical treat. The house and grounds are absolutely stunning and you learn so much about the history of the Hudson Valley by visiting here.
Boscobel House and Gardens
The Newburgh Waterfront is a gorgeous spot to take a hike and get some dining al fresco.
