This is the list I am following when washing my hair to avoid breakage and knowing what to do, I mostly can’t tell the difference between conditioning and treatment 😵💫

These braids are the very first hairdo I did on my hair, got all my products from best-lady and went on to straight up do twists on my hair, this is after learning how to twist and re-twist my hair using just spray bottle and Amla oil.

February Was Meh 👽
Currently using Tony Airo’s deep treatment and dhahabu oils, In Feb I did this faux locs, color 350. I was going for a reddish brown color to match the valentines aesthetic

Then I discovered Mikalla hair treatment, it’s the current one I’m using, instructions say to use monthly, not sure it works for my hair, I just discovered my hair is low porosity and thus currently experimenting with products

These are back lines and were done by a wonderful lady in Donholm called Pauline, she did them for Kes 800 bob, I had washed my hair previously so it blowdry and hairdo.

2 weeks update on the braided lines, Not bad but the sun is too hot out here leading to lots of head scratching.

New hairstyle 👩🏾🦱🥰🤌🏾, did it all on my own, took me 2 days, seemed like a decade 😩, I did extra long goddess locs because I am going for a longer hairstyle this April 💗.

Bout to take my hair down, I have done more damage to it while doing this style, my hairline is gone 😭, I had a whole chunk of hair come off with the braid 😞. I will have to do some protective hair for two months before making my hair again.

July is spent wholly on maintaining my natural hair and learning how to style them for everyday life. I am getting better at it and now know the best hair product will always be water, keep your hair hydrated ✌🏾.

I’m so proud of myself, I can now part my hair and make clean parts, Now the next thing would be working on time 😭, I still take two to three business days to finish my hair 🙂↕️.

2 week check up on my cornrows, My scalp is itchy, I have applied some anti dandruff cream hoping it gets better. The braids are still neat, use of a bonnet really helps 🤏🏾.
