Sphynx cats
This is a rather niche tab. We own one. I am in by no way shape or form a cat person. But this little thing we have is so sweet. Just feed them, pet them, let them snuggle you, and keep them warm.
Get pet insurance PRIOR. Our cat has HCM. Which is very well known in sphynx cats. Always buy from a reputable breeder.
Things to know about HCM. I am not going to lie. A sphynx is a huge financial decision. It's even more huge if you, again, don't buy from a reputable breeder (or don't do your due diligence as a potential buyer)

The best little.thing for when you get your cat fixed.
We have a cat tree. She hangs out in the basket portion all day
You do not HAVE to bathe your cat all the time. Wipes are just fine, especially for their paws.
Get an automatic litter box
If your cat is marking everywhere, they might very well have crystals in their urine. Ours just happens to. But her marking everything stopped.
She takes Plavix, as well as aspirin, and atenol
I can't stand my house smelling. These work great
