Tastes VERY salty but flavor is good. Helps me drink more water.

Helps with hormones and PMS. I can't stand the taste of the metabolic drink but mix it with enough other stuff to cover the taste and I can drink it. If you like coconut you'll be fine.

I do think it's healthy. They recommend mixing it with juice to help cover up some of the green taste. On days I'm in a hurry I just make it very concentrated and chug.
