I have been using the Clinique acne solutions for years. If I get a blemish I apply it to clean skin, let it dry and sleep with it on. It works quickly. By morning the redness is lighter and it helps to dry it out. Highly recommend.
I use this daily as soon as i step out of the shower. I have dry to combination skin and it works miracles on my skin. If you have more oily skin I recommend the gel lotion. But for my everyday I choose this one here.
