If you're not too familiar with fantasy books and/or books with dragons, this is a great series to start with. Not for children, I'd say older teens like 17+ to adult.

Great follow up to the Fourth Wing. Book number 2 in the Empyrean series.

A great series that reads like it's part mystery, part escape room with a splash of innocent romance (non-spicy).

I love this series! This series follows up on characters featured in the Vampire Academy series. In my opinion, it surpasses its predecessor. The character growth that we see from Sydney and Adrian is top-notch.

Growing up isn't easy at any age.
I discovered this series when I worked in the children's section of a library. It's a great series for young ladies, and it's one of the few I know of that follows the fmc from childhood into adulthood. As of this post, it's currently still ongoing.

The 4th and final book in a series that is basically about the descendants of mythological characters in a modern-day setting.
