These are items that I highly recommend for hysterectomies and some I wish I had purchased ahead of time!
This was the only underwear I could wear for the first two weeks. It was super soft, stretchy and supportive. It didn’t agitate my skin and I felt comfortable even when bloated.
This was recommended to me two weeks prior to my surgery and I kept taking it till a week post op. I would mix it with apple juice and coffee and it seemed to help with the discomfort.

A good dry shampoo is a must have the first week. I wasn’t allowed to shower for 48 hours and didn’t have energy to wash my hair much the first week. I loved this one as it truly kept the oil away, wasn’t too strong scent wise and was easy to use.
