Yes I use rollers- but when I style my hair I need rollers to create volume or to hold my styled bangs in place. I think Velcro Rollers are much better than hot rollers or metal rollers personally. I also have no success with the “heatless curls”

Add hair oil once in a while is good especially after all the styling I do. I add it all through my ends (never my roots) and it helps not just with frizz but preventing dryness from all the heat styling.
