Joyriding provides a form of relief for Divina when she is struggling with the voices. We use Joyriding Therapy a couple of times a week, but It can be challenging to get video recorded and edited as often as we ride. Surely you understand the circumstances.

Erick's Journey Erick is another author on Substack who documents his own experiences from his diagnosis. It's very difficult for these authors to put so much out in the open regarding their serious mental illness. I applaud and support as many as possible. Erick's writings have helped tremendously in understanding grandiose delusions, which is something... My hope is to support and help these brave writers to continue.

Now I met Sarah, online, early in Divina's diagnosis. She was a great source of information. She is studied, researched, educated, volunteered, and suffered personally from acute psychosis. She is active in the community to inform and protect those with Serious Mental Illness=SMI. Furthermore, she reached out to us in the beginning of our writing regarding Divina's to help point us to great resources that helped us find a footing against the disease. Please realize, as she herself is struggling to balance her mental health and family, it is a very different journey than one might expect, but don't let it keep you from the abundance of care and knowledge of this seasoned survivor.

I actually found this book in a really unusual method.
The author is a participant in the national postcard week and I received her national postcard with a picture of her book. I looked it up and bought it right away.
