IKEA MALM- Chest of 3 drawers
I've had this for about year now and it's perfect for cutting small pieces of trim and wood.
Kobalt Miter Box included 14-in Fine finish cut Back Saw
I've had this from other DIY projects and it's a staple. I had a quart size bucket and after 2 full coats on the whole dresser, I had PLENTY left over that I'll use for other furniture paint projects.
INSL-X White Stix Primer Paint
I've had this baby since 2021 and it has yet to fail me. Lightweight, affordable, and a great sidekick.
Power Drill
A smaller roller is ideal here to get into the smaller crevices.

Supplies
Here are the specifics I used for the project to make this dresser unique.
Paint color is “Indigo Streamer” by Valspar from Lowe's. I initially bought just sample size thinking it would be enough but ended up having to go back for a second trip. I recommend getting a quart size.

These are wider than most handles are so keep that in mind if you already have a mounting template. Double check that it's the right size!

These were surprisingly easy to screw on. Directions were self explanatory and the legs themselves are pretty lightweight.

I cut these down to 9-inches and used 4 on each drawer.
Madison Mill 0.375-in dia x 12-in L Square Poplar Dowel 8 -Pack
A little goes a long way. I recommend using a very thin layer, especially for the dowels. Luckily, it dries clear but too much still looks messy.
Titebond II Premium Wood Adhesive
DO NOT EYEBALL WHERE YOU SCREW IN DRAWER HANDLES! Do yourself a favor and get a mounting template. I've used this one for everyone of my projects so far.
Cabinet Hardware Mounting template- RELIABILT AlignRight Clear Large
These are great to use for any furniture, honestly. If things get wobbly, don't hesitate to add some support.
