I mean, it's John Grisham so you already know! I like this one a bit more than some of of his other works because it was gritty and entertaining.
Rogue Lawyer #1 - John Grisham
My husband loves Jeffery Archer so he kind of put me on to the author. I'm definitely not special in picking this one as my favourite. It was so well written and it stays with you. It is for the dreamer and the realist. A true masterpiece.
Kane & Abel #1 - Jeffrey Archer
I love this book so much, o wish I could experience it again for the first time. It has everything and yet, it lets you make up your own mind about things. You would laugh and cry and shout and not want it to end. Classic for a reason.
To Kill a Mockingbird (1962)
So this book I read when I was still little but I remember it like yesterday. It is intense, nostalgic and sad, everything you need to actually feel something real.

I'm assuming everyone has read this one but if you have not you're in for a dystopian treat. The king of all dystopian books. They don't make them like this anymore.

I love dystopian themes and this one is one of the classics for a reason. Very well written, stays with you.

I think I was too young when I read this book but even then some things stuck with me. It holds a whole new world of meaning reading it as an adult. Must read.

Lovely series, particularly loved this book and I typically don't have the patience for series. A book lover's favourite for a reason.

Sometimes, you just know you'll love anything an author writes and I think Ann Patchett has hacked me. This book covers childhood, young adulthood, marriage, parenting, love, fame etc. A gem for sure.
Tom Lake by Ann Patchett
Such a wonderful book. I listened to the audiobook only because I was busy but it was amazing still. I will read this again, I have to.
The Catcher in the Rye - J.D. Salinger - Full Audiobook
I said all of them because I have read ALL. Yes, including the autobiography. I still wish I would someday find one of his works that I somehow missed. I grew up reading his books and there is not one miss.

One of my favourite books by a remarkable author, this is the sort of book that takes you on a journey. It is even more so relatable if you are African or have African antecedents.
Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Paperback
This may be the author’s best work yet. It captured huge themes in very simple terms, and told a story that we all got so invested in that we still have questions years later. It is tragedy, bravery, love and loss all at once. A must read for sure.
