I really am reluctant to shell out on beauty products (see my other list for the exceptions worth the heftier price tag), but I do like to test out a lot of reasonably priced items. Everything on this list I use and replace regularly. I have dark brown hair (thanks to the dye), fair skin, curly-ish hair that I tend to straighten.
