This is Cambodias specific ride share app (Like Uber) but just for Cambodia. It is typically cheaper than Grab but is less established and you can only pay cash. Great app!
PassApp Technologies CO., LTD
This one might seem obvious but seriously download this app. Not many people speak English and even fewer speak conversational English so this is a lifesaver. You can also take photos of things and have the words translated.
