As I get older and my body has changed a bit, hello menopause, I've had to rethink the way I shop. And even my style. For the first time I’ve actually tried to put a name to my style and define what I like to wear and what I don’t like to wear.

I love traveling and have been traveling for more than 20 years! I've been around the world with kids in tow and these are my recommendations for comfort and convenience and ofcourse cost effective.

A good book is like a holiday! I totally get lost in it! And when the book is part of a series, ooh, the joy! It's even better! In this list you'll find books that help you in busines, books for leisure and books for kids that are clean and have no woke agenda hidden.

alternative and wholistic - I dont believe in mainstream skin care products which contain parabens etc.I havent used a “normal” moisturiser or cleanser in 10 years or more. I use things like Tallow, Essential oils, Castor Oil etc.None of what I share here is medical advice, I simply share whats working for me and you should do your own research.

Exotic Food: I love Eating Exotic Food, I can't decide if I love to travel because of the food or if I love the food because it's part of traveling!

I've never thought of myself as domesticated 🤣 but lately I spend hours in the kitchen (the fact that it's open plan to the living room contributes big time) these are my must haves for cooking and baking.
