Depression is a very complicated condition. I hope that these items can assist others in ways they have aided me.
Some people find it hard to shower when depressed. These shower steamers provide motivation to shower and provide your nose with lovely smells.

Stress balls are fun and portable. Take it with you on the go! Stress balls help me to ground myself.

Putting on a cold face mask in a depressive episode helps to clear a lot of the brain fog that is associated with depression. I have to be present while applying it and set a timer to wear it.

Have you ever had a pair of these? So lovely and comfortable it will add some softness to your rocky mental health.

This will clean the air in your space, when depressed I hibernate in the house a lot. The sound from the machine also gives a great white noise back ground.

Many of us with depression also battle sleeping issues. Weighted blankets give us the feel of touch and extra comfort.
