Nothing satisfies a craving like a great Kind bar. These minis are just the perfect size. It'll hold me until my next meal and it also is a great after meal snack. I love a little of that sea salt flavor mixed with the nuts, chews, and chocolate. Especially the dark chocolate. So good.
Hands down the Chacha brand roasted sunflower seeds are my favorite. I love the natural flavor and the seeds are big and “meaty”. Not sure if that's the right word but you know what I mean. Peanut Butter & Other Spreads
My go to snacks are often times packaged candies or health bars, but when we don't have those handy, grab a piece of bread or cracker and spread these on.
I've only had one of these nut butters and that's all it took. These American Dream Nut Butters have so much variety to choose from and they all look so delicious. Gluten Free options too! I need to order more for sure. Like they say “drool-worthy”.

OMG I chew gum almost daily. I go for the sugar free options and here are my gums of choice.
My ultimate favorite in chewing gum is hands down the Mentos Chewing Gum, spearmint flavor. I love that it is sweetened with Xylitol, the outer crunch is great, and the texture is easy to chew and remains that way for a long long time.
