Pre-workout is great for providing that extra energy and focus to give you the best workout you can. I recommend taking it at least 20-30 min before your workout to allow your body to absorb some of the caffeine.

Best leggings. I find with most leggings, as I’m running or doing an intense workout, the tend to fall down but not lululemon leggings. They stay exactly in their spot no matter what I do.

Good socks make the world of difference to a work out. The wrong socks and shoes can lead to blisters and pain in your feet which just sucks.

For the gym
Having a good gym bag is great. I like to carry a change of clothes in mine which is why this lulu gym bag is great as it can fit my change of clothes for after the gym. It’s got a separate compartment for my sweaty shoes and gym kit as well.

A light weight towel that’s can fold smaller is great to fit into your gym bag without taking up too much space.

A wet bag is needed to hold your towel or swimwear after using them to not wet any of your other belongings.

When heading to the gym, always remover to bring along a lock if you are going to use the lockers.

Always remember to pack a deodorant and leave it in your gym bag. If you’re a perfume girlie, I recommend bringing that along as well.

Squat bands are great for providing that little bit extra resistance, helping tone your legs.

A jump rope is great if you don’t have a lot of space or equipment. It’s great for cardio and who doesn’t love skipping.
