Started here because I wanted one box with everything included. Some were junk, but these four actually cleared the fog without making me watch a 40-minute tutorial first.

Here's what nobody tells you: the sanding step is where 90% of the magic happens. Cheap out on sandpaper and you'll just scratch your lenses worse than the fog.

After sanding, you need something to bring back the shine. Rubbed on four different compounds across two cars before landing on these winners.

Skipped this step my first time and the haze came back in six weeks. Felt like an idiot. Now I treat the sealant as the most important part of the whole job.

Hand polishing works but your forearms will hate you the next morning. A $15 drill attachment kit turned a two-hour job into a 30-minute one for me.

First attempt I got polishing compound all over my hood paint and spent an hour cleaning it off. Now I tape everything around the headlight before I even open a bottle.

Regular bath towels will scratch plastic lenses right back up. Learned this the painful way on my first car and now I buy microfiber in bulk.

Full restoration every year felt excessive, so I found products that keep the clarity going month to month without breaking out the sandpaper again.

Once my headlights were clear again I realized my actual bulbs were also dim and tired. Swapping bulbs after restoring the lens was like getting a whole new car at night.
