After a long gray winter, my porch desperately needed color. These are the ones that made my house look like someone actually lives here again starting in March.

Summer is when I go through the most flags because Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day stack up fast. These survived humidity, sun, and one surprise thunderstorm.

Fall is my favorite flag season because the colors work with changing leaves. I used to just throw a pumpkin flag up and call it done, but layering the season makes such a difference.

That weird two-week gap between Halloween and Christmas used to leave my bracket empty. Not anymore. These fill the November hole perfectly.

December is when the whole street goes all out, so a bare bracket feels especially noticeable. I rotate two or three of these through December depending on my mood.

Learned the hard way that a wobbly bracket or wrong-size pole ruins even the best flag. Replaced my hardware twice before landing on these.
